PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure capable of suppressing resonance at low frequencies while securing comfort of a living space, a ceiling structure, and a building.SOLUTION: A floor structure 1 includes a structure 3, a floor finishing material 4 that is provided above the structure 3, and a wall 7 that surrounds the periphery of a floor air space 10 formed between the structure 3 and the floor finishing material 4. The wall 7 comprises a pair of wall materials 71 and 71 that face each other with a wall air space 70 in between. An air vent opening 8 for communicating the floor air space 10 and the wall air space 70 with each other is provided in the wall 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
