To provide a ceiling integral floor panel structure and a construction method of a ceiling integral floor panel, capable of improving sound insulation properties while improving workability.SOLUTION: A ceiling integral floor panel structure comprises: a floor panel 11 constituting an upper story floor and having a small beam part 11b fixed on a girder 2 of a building A; a ceiling substrate 12 constituting a ceiling on a lower story and temporarily fixable to the floor panel 11; and height adjustment parts (height adjustment mechanisms 20) supporting the ceiling substrate 12 so as to be able to adjust a height position of the ceiling substrate 12 in which the temporal fixation to the floor panel 11 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
