FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND HOISTING JIG AND HOISTING DEVICE FOR FLOOR SLAB UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a floor slab unit efficiently and safely to a floor construction floor of a building.SOLUTION: A floor construction method sequentially performs the following steps for: assembling a floor slab unit 3 using a plurality of deck plates 1 having a plurality of reinforcement trusses 11 lined up on a top surface of a metallic base plate 10, by lining up the base plate 10 next to each other in a direction orthogonal to a lengthwise direction of the reinforcement truss 11, in a work site on a ground; disposing edge plate materials 50a, 50b constituting a hoisting jig 5 at both edge parts in a direction of serial installation of the base plate 10 of the floor slab unit 3, such that a width direction of the edge plate materials is oriented in a vertical direction, and engaging a plurality of cut-out parts 52 recessed on a top edge of each of the edge plate materials 50a, 50b with a top reinforcement 13 of each of the reinforcement trusses 11 from below; hoisting each of the edge plate materials 50a, 50b to a same height while having the cut-out parts 52 engaged with the top reinforcement 13 of the reinforcement truss 11, and transferring the floor slab unit 3 to a floor construction floor of a building; and lowering the floor slab unit 3 on the floor construction floor and disengaging the cut out part 52 from the top reinforcement 13 of the reinforcement truss 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床版ユニットを効率良くかつ安全に建築物の床施工階へ搬送する。【解決手段】床施工方法は、地上の作業場で金属製の基板10の上面に複数の鉄筋トラス11が並設された複数のデッキプレート1を鉄筋トラス11の長さ方向と直交する方向へ基板10を連ねて床版ユニット3を組み立てる工程と、床版ユニット3の基板10が連なる方向に沿う両端部に吊上用治具5を構成する端板材50a,50bを幅方向を上下に向けて配置して各端板材50a,50bの上辺縁に凹設された複数個の切欠部52を各鉄筋トラス11の上端筋13に下方より係合させる工程と、各鉄筋トラス11の上端筋13に各切欠部52を係合させた状態で各端板材50a,50bを同一高さに吊り上げて床版ユニット3を建築物の床施工階へ搬送する工程と、床版ユニット3を床施工階に降ろし各切欠部52と各鉄筋トラス11の上端筋13との係合を解く工程とを順次実施する。【選択図】図3
