DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TEMPORARILY FIXING MOVABLE WINDING MECHANISM, AND INSPECTION METHOD FOR MOVABLE WINDING MECHANISM COMPONENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the inspection, replacement and adjustment of each component of a winding mechanism without removal of a body part, in the movable winding mechanism of a shutter.SOLUTION: Upper walls 51 of right and left fixing brackets 5 and upper walls 41 of right and left movable brackets 4 are connected to each other by temporary fixing screws 16, respectively, and movement of the movable bracket 4 is regulated. The temporary fixing screws 16 are tightened so that upside elements of the right and left movable brackets 4 and a downside slide support mechanism, a winding shaft 3, and a shutter curtain 2 can be lifted upward. The upside element or/and the downside element of the downside slide support mechanism is/are removed and inspected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】シャッターの可動式巻取機構において、上廻りを取り外すことなく巻取機構の各部品の点検、交換、調整を可能とする。【解決手段】左右の固定ブラケット５の上壁５１と左右の可動ブラケット４の上壁４１との間をそれぞれ仮固定用螺子１６で接続し、可動ブラケット４の移動を規制し、仮固定用螺子１６を締めることで、左右の可動ブラケット５及び下側スライド支持機構の上側要素、巻取シャフト３、シャッターカーテン２を上方に吊り上げ、 下側スライド支持機構の上側要素、あるいは／および、下側要素を取り外して点検する。【選択図】図１５
