EXCAVATION BLADE FITTING STEEL PIPE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE-BASED PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation blade fitting steel pipe for constructing a cast-in-place concrete-based pile that enables a concrete-based pile for ground reinforcement of a stable equality to be constructed without being affected by a soil condition at a site, at the same time enabling the concrete-based pile to be constructed readily and reliably at the site.SOLUTION: An excavation blade fitting steel pipe 1 comprises a steel pipe 10, and a tip excavation blade 20 fitted detachably at a tip of the steel pipe and having an excavation blade body 22 on a tip surface. A protrusion 13 is provided on an inner peripheral surface at the tip of the steel pipe 10, while a rotation receiving part 23a is provided on the tip excavation blade 20 for having the tip excavation blade 20 rotate integrally with the steel pipe 10 by bringing the steel pipe 10 in contact with the protrusion 13 when the steel pipe rotates in a prescribed direction of rotation. The rotation receiving part 23a is separated from the inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe 10 toward a center of the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】現場の土の状態に影響されることなく品質の安定した地盤補強用のコンクリート系杭を築造することができ、かつ現場での施工が容易で確実にコンクリート系杭を築造することができる現場打ちコンクリート系杭築造用の掘削刃取付け鋼管を提供する。【解決手段】掘削刃取付け鋼管1は、鋼管10と、その先端に着脱可能に取り付けられて先端面に掘削用刃体22を有する先端掘削刃20とでなる。鋼管10の先端の内周面に突起13を設けると共に、先端掘削刃20に、鋼管10が所定の回転方向に回転するとき突起13に当接して先端掘削刃20を鋼管10と一体に回転させる回転受け部23aを設ける。回転受け部23aは鋼管10の内周面から鋼管中心側に離れている。【選択図】図5
