SLUDGE SCRAPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraper capable of preventing a flight plate or an endless chain and a structural body from colliding with each other.SOLUTION: A sludge scraper 10 includes: an endless chain 11; a sprocket 15; a rail member which is extended over a scraping track T1 side from the sprocket 15 side along a passing track T2 between the passing track T2 of the endless chain 11 and a structural body, is brought into contact with a flight plate 12 and applies a prescribed tension to the endless chain 11; a return rail 25; a spindle which freely swingably supports the rail member; and a regulation guide which is provided in the neighborhood of the sprocket 15 and regulates a swinging range of the rail member. The regulation guide regulates a movement range of such a direction that the rail member gets to close to the structural body even when the rail member is pushed back by the flight plate 12 and, at the same time, also regulates a movement range of such a direction that the rail member gets to close to the return rail 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
