DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHEMICAL INJECTION USING ULTRASONIC VIBRATION IN COMBINATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a solidification material permeate and disperse effectively into a surrounding ground by a chemical injection method using ultrasonic vibration in combination, and prevent deterioration and damaging of a chemical injection device caused by ultrasonic vibration.SOLUTION: A chemical injection device 3 using ultrasonic vibration in combination is used with a double packer chemical injection method using ultrasonic vibration in combination, and includes: an injection pipe body 31; an upper packer 32 and a lower packer 33 provided leaving a prescribed interval in an axial direction at a bottom end of the injection pipe body 31; a discharge port 34 opened between the upper packer 32 and the lower packer 33 for discharging a solidification material pumped through the injection pipe body 31; and an ultrasonic vibration generator 4 provided between the upper packer 32 and the lower packer 33. The ultrasonic wave generator 4 includes an ultrasonic wave generating device 41 and an ultrasonic wave amplifier 42 laid out on a central axis, and a reflection preventing body 43 laid out on the central axis away from an ultrasonic wave output end of the ultrasonic wave amplifier 42, for dissipating an ultrasonic wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】超音波振動併用薬液注入工法により固化材を効果的に周囲地盤へ浸透拡散させると共に超音波振動による薬液注入装置の劣化損傷を防止する。【解決手段】超音波振動を併用するダブルパッカー薬液注入工法に用いられる超音波振動併用薬液注入装置3であって、注入管本体31と、注入管本体31の下端にて軸方向に所定の間隔を空けて設けられた上部パッカー32及び下部パッカー33と、注入管本体31を通して圧送された固化材を吐出するために上部パッカー32と下部パッカー33の間に開口した吐出口34と、上部パッカー32と下部パッカー33の間に設けられた超音波振動発生部4と、を有し、超音波振動発生部4は、中心軸上に配置された超音波発生装置41及び超音波増幅器42と、超音波増幅器42の超音波出力端から離間して中心軸上に配置され超音波を拡散する反射防止体43と、を具備する。【選択図】図1
