CHEMICAL INJECTION EQUIPMENT USING ULTRASONIC VIBRATION TOGETHER, AND CHEMICAL INJECTION METHOD FOR DOUBLE PACKER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection equipment to allow solidification material effectively to permeate and diffuse to a peripheral ground while preventing the chemical injection equipment from being deteriorated and damaged by ultrasonic vibration and improving durability and maintainability and like.SOLUTION: A chemical injection equipment 3 using ultrasonic vibration together according to the present invention is applied to a chemical injection method for a double packer using ultrasonic vibration. This equipment 3 is provided with an injection pipe body 31, a base-end-side packer 32 and a tip-end-side packer 33, a discharge port 24 to discharge solidification material C2, and an ultrasonic vibration generator 4 arranged between both of the packers 32, 33. The ultrasonic vibration generator 4 comprises an ultrasonic vibrator unit 41, an ultrasonic vibration amplifier 42 and an ultrasonic vibration resonator 43, and an ultrasonic vibration diffuser 44, each of which is subsequently arranged from the base-end-side 32 on a central axis L1 of the injection pipe body 31. 【課題】固化材を効果的に周囲地盤へ浸透拡散でき、超音波振動による薬液注入装置の劣化損傷を防止でき、しかも耐久性、メンテナンス性などの点で改良を図ること。【解決手段】本発明の超音波振動併用薬液注入装置3は、超音波振動を併用するダブルパッカー薬液注入工法に用いられる。この装置3は、注入管本体31と、基端側パッカー32及び先端側パッカー33と、固化材C2を吐出するための吐出口24と、両パッカー32,33間に設けられた超音波振動発生部4とを備える。超音波振動発生部4は、注入管本体31の中心軸L1上にて基端側パッカー32側から順に配置された超音波振動子ユニット41、超音波増幅器42及び超音波共振器43と、超音波拡散体44とを有する。超音波共振器43の超音波出力端に、先端部材51が着脱可能に連結されている。【選択図】図1
