FOAM WALL PAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FOAM WALL PAPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam wall paper having high surface strength and necessary thickness, saved weight and high suitability to dense color printing without generating whitening.SOLUTION: A foam wall paper 10 is manufactured by layering a paper base material 1, a foam resin layer 2 formed by a resin composition containing an aqueous emulsion resin, a foaming agent and an inorganic filler, a picture pattern printed layer 3 having a picture pattern by printing, and a surface protective layer 4 containing a resin and a filler in this order, same embossment pattern 5 is formed on the foam resin layer 2, the picture pattern printed layer 3 and the surface protective layer 4, the resin composition forming the foam resin layer 2 contains the inorganic filler in a range of 50 pts.mass to 150 pts.mass and the foaming agent in a range of 1 pts.mass to 20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the aqueous emulsion resin and basis weight of the resin composition is in a range of 50 g/mto 150 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い表面強度と必要十分な厚みを備えつつ軽量化し、さらに白化を起こさず濃色印刷への適性が高い発泡壁紙及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る発泡壁紙10は、紙基材1と、水性エマルジョン系樹脂と、発泡剤と、無機フィラーとを含有する樹脂組成物で形成された発泡樹脂層2と、印刷による絵柄模様を有する絵柄印刷層3と、樹脂と、フィラーとを含有する表面保護層4とがこの順に積層され、発泡樹脂層2、絵柄印刷層3及び表面保護層4には、同じエンボス模様5が形成されており、発泡樹脂層2を形成する樹脂組成物は、水性エマルジョン系樹脂100質量部に対して無機フィラーを50質量部以上150質量部以下の範囲内、発泡剤を1質量部以上20質量部以下の範囲内で含有しており、当該樹脂組成物の坪量は、50g/m2以上150g/m2以下の範囲内である。【選択図】図1
