PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing management system capable of managing a plurality of devices controlled through a communication network in an integrated manner with a unified user interface.SOLUTION: A housing management system comprises: a plurality of devices which are installed in houses, connected to each other through a communication network and can be controlled on the basis of a signal to be received and transmitted through the communication network; a server which is connected to the communication network and manages performance of the respective plurality of devices; and housing management terminals which are used in the houses, transmit first signals to control specific devices, among the plurality of devices, corresponding to operation performed on the respective housing management terminals, and transmit second signals to control specific devices, among the plurality of devices, corresponding to information transmitted from the server through the communication network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
