To provide a housing management system, a preview management server and a housing management method for suitably managing previewing in cases where tenants and buyers are being recruited via brokers for general management properties or self-management properties.SOLUTION: In a housing management system 10, a preview management server 28 having received a preview reservation request from a broker terminal 22 decides whether or not to permit a preview reservation of a preview object property, on the basis of identification information of a preview permission agent related to the preview object property and identification information of a preview request agent. In the case of permitting a preview reservation of the preview object property for the preview request agent, the preview reservation is received from the broker terminal 22 and registered in a preview reservation DB. If a preview reservation of the preview object property is not permitted for the preview request agent, the preview reservation from the broker terminal 22 is not received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
