JOINT MATERIAL AND DRY JOINT STRUCTURE FOR EXTERIOR WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly water-tight and workable joint material and a dry joint structure for an exterior wall.SOLUTION: A joint material 4 is a joint material interposed in a joint 3 between adjacent exterior wall materials 2, 2, is a single long member offering water-tightness and elasticity, and includes a head part 4H and a flat plate-form bent leg part 4L. The bent leg part 4L has a base edge part connected to the head part 4H and a groove part 17 for bending at a plurality of other locations. Both side edges of the head part 4H are respectively in contact with the inner surfaces 3a, 3a of the joint 3 on both sides and the bent leg part 4L is bent and folded inside the groove part 17 for bending and are pressed against the inner surfaces 3a, 3a of the joint 3 on both sides, while the joint material is being interposed in the joint 3. The joint material 4 should desirably be a thermal-expansion fire-resistant material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水密性および施工性の両方に優れる外壁用目地材および外壁の乾式目地構造を提供する。【解決手段】目地材4は、隣合う外壁材2,2間の目地3に介在させる目地材であって、水密性および弾力性を有する長尺形状単一の部材からなり、かつ頭部4Hと平板状の屈曲性脚部4Lとを備える。屈曲性脚部4Lは、頭部4Hに繋がる基端部および他の複数箇所に屈曲用溝部17を有する。目地3への介在状態で、頭部4Hは両側縁が目地3の両側の内面3a,3aにそれぞれ接し、屈曲性脚部4Lは、屈曲用溝部17で屈曲した折り畳み状とされて目地3の両側3a,3aの内面に押しつけ状態で介在する。目地材4は、熱膨張性耐火材であることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
