PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety when a mechanical parking device performs a machine operation.SOLUTION: An operation panel 22 of a mechanical parking device includes an IC card reader 32 that reads the ID number from the IC card storing the ID number of the user, an operation screen 33 for accepting input of an instruction of a machine operation of the mechanical parking device by the user when the authentication based on the ID number read by the IC card reader 32 is successful, and an IC card holder 36 which holds the IC card and enables reading of the ID number by the IC card reader 32 during the execution of the mechanical operation of the mechanical parking device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
