PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize air in an underfloor space, to increase cooling capacity of heat medium such as air in an indoor space.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system utilizes cold and heat in an underfloor space (80) having a first section (80c) and a second section (80a) divided by bases 81, 82 of a building. The heat exchange system includes: a suction port (33) arranged in the first section (80c), and configured to suction air in the underfloor space; a blowout port (34) arranged in the second section (80a), and configured to return air suctioned from the suction port (33) to the underfloor space; and a heat exchange unit arranged on an underfloor circulation passage from the suction port (33) to the blowout port (34).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
