To provide a heat exchange system capable of efficiently reducing a road surface temperature without power.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system 1 capable of exchanging heat energy between a roadbed 10 and drainage W includes: a heat pipe 3 arranged in contact with the roadbed 10 and having a first evaporation part 3A and a first condensation part 3B; and a circulation heat exchange device 4 arranged in contact with the drainage W, having a second evaporation part 4A and a second condensation part 4B, and formed in an annular shape. The first condensation part 3B of the heat pipe 3 and the second evaporation part 4A of the circulation heat exchange device 4 are configured to have a heat exchange part P in which they are in heat transferable contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
