SOUND INSULATION COVER FOR JOINT AND JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation cover (sound insulation cover for a joint) capable of easily forming an air layer at least between a main pipe and itself when covering a collective joint (joint) having the main pipe and a branch pipe connected to a side face of the main pipe, easily constructible without causing a gap between the main pipe and a base end part of the branch pipe, and capable of suppressing material loss and reducing material cost and manufacturing labor.SOLUTION: A sound insulation cover is split in the circumferential direction of a main pipe and constituted with a plurality of split cover parts 11 formed in a predetermined form pattern; at least two of the plurality of split cover parts 11 are formed in the same form pattern; each of the split cover parts 11 is constituted with, for example, a first form pattern 41 and a second form pattern 42, integrally covers the main pipe and a branch pipe of a collective joint; a predetermined space is formed from outer faces of the main pipe and the branch pipe; and the cover part is three-dimensionally formed along the outer faces of the main pipe and the branch pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本管と、該本管の側面に連結された分岐管とを有する集合継手(継手)を被覆する際に、少なくとも本管との間に空気層を容易に形成することができ、本管と分岐管の基端部との間の部分で隙間を生じさせずに容易に施工可能であり、材料のロスを抑え、材料費と製造の手間を減らすことができる遮音カバー(継手用の遮音カバー)を提供する。【解決手段】本管の周方向に分割され、かつ所定の形状パターンで形成された複数の分割カバー部11で構成され、複数の分割カバー部11の少なくとも二つが同一の形状パターンで形成され、それぞれの分割カバー部11は、例えば第一形状パターン部41および第二形状パターン部42で構成され、集合継手の本管と分岐管を一体で覆い、本管および分岐管の外面から所定の間隔をあけ、かつ本管および分岐管の外面に沿って立体的に形成されている。【選択図】図3
