To provide a sound insulation cover, a collective joint, and a construction method of a collective joint, having improved workability while suppressing deterioration in cut-off performance.SOLUTION: A sound insulation cover 230 for covering a collective joint 200 which includes an upper connecting pipe 210 having a vertical pipe connecting part 211 connectable to a vertical pipe 100 and a horizontal pipe connecting part 212 protruding from a side surface of the vertical pipe connecting part 211 and connectable to a horizontal pipe 300, and a lower connecting pipe 220 connected below the upper connecting pipe 210, comprises a branch height cover 232 attached to the lower connecting pipe 220. The branch height cover 232 has: a first branch height cover 232U attached to an upper portion of the lower connecting pipe 220; and a second branch height cover 232L attached to a lower portion of the lower connecting pipe 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
