ROAD BRIDGE WHEEL GUARD WIDENING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road bridge wheel guard widening unit which is less likely to infiltrate water, to which an asphalt repair is easily performed, and whose weight is allowed to be reduced.SOLUTION: It is provided with (a) an inverse U-shaped faceplate 2 comprising top face part 24, a front face part 23 provided to be connected to the lower side of an end of the top face, and a rear face part 22 facing the front face part and provided to be connected to the lower side of the other end of the top face, the faceplate having an opening part on the bottom side; (b) a base plate 3 arranged on the bottom side of the faceplate and having the length from the front face part to the rear face part of the faceplate, the base plate blocking the opening of the faceplate; (c) a front side plate 4 provided vertically on the top surface of the end part of the base plate, and fixed to the inner surface side of the front part of the face plate; (d) a rear side plate 5 provided vertically on the top face of the end part of the base plate, and fixed on the inner surface of the rear face part of the faceplate; and (e) a web plate 6 having the L-shape provided with a base part bending face part 66 and a tip part bending face part 67, the base part bending face part fixed to the backside surface of the base plate and the tip part bending face part projecting downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】浸水しにくく、アスファルト補修がしやすく、軽量化することを可能とする道路橋地覆拡幅ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】(a)上面部24と、上面部の一端下方側に連設した前面部23と、前面部と対面して上面部の他端下方側に連設した背面部22と、を備え、底側が開口部となる逆U字型のフェースプレート2と、(b)フェースプレートの底側に配置し、フェースプレートの前面部から背面部までの長さを有し、フェースプレートの開口部を塞ぐベースプレート3と、(c)ベースプレートの端部上面に立設し、フェースプレートの前面部内側面に固定した前面側板4と、(d)ベースプレートの端部上面に立設し、フェースプレートの背面部内側面に固定した背面側板5と、(e)基部折曲面部66と先部折曲面部67とを有するL字型であって、基部折曲面部をベースプレートの裏面に固定し先部折曲面部を下方に突出させた腹板6と、を有するものとする。【選択図】図1
