PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubble internal investigation device and a rubble internal investigation method capable of investigating an internal situation of rubble while avoiding collapse risk of the rubble.SOLUTION: A device 10 for investigating an internal of rubble includes: a body 16 suspended and supported by a crane 1; arm means 30 which is provided so as to freely appear and disappear from the body 16 and enables the tip to be inserted into the internal of rubble; investigation means 32 which is provided on the arm means 30 and investigates the internal of the rubble by a remote control operation; and buffer means 34 and 36 which are provided outside of the body 16 so as to pushed to a stable structure in the periphery of the rubble and prevent crash of the rubble.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
