PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a composite underground wall which can securely prevent breakage of a stud and appropriately construct the composite underground wall.SOLUTION: Multiple permanent-pile-use studs 7 are arranged outside a periphery of a virtual circle S having a center O1 located outside corners 1c in a width direction T1, with the periphery passing both of the opposing corners 1c of a pair of flanges 1a extending along the width direction T1 of a core material 1 or H beam, along which a web surface to be implanted with the multiple permanent-pile-use studs 7 is directed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
