According to the present invention, permanent pile studs (7) are buried in an H-shaped steel web (1b) which is a core material (1) located at a portion deeper than a floor surface (4) and arranged below a composite wall part (5) located at a portion shallower than the floor surface (4) in which an earth retaining wall (2) and a reinforced concrete wall (3) are integrated, and permanent pile studs (7) are also buried in a web (1b) of a core material (1) of the composite wall part (5). Soil cement and the core material (1) of the composite wall part (5) in which the permanent pile studs (7) are buried are configured as permanent support piles, in addition to soil cement and the core material (1) located at the portion deeper than the floor surface (4).
