CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF DECORATIVE LAMINATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of decorative laminates which can suppress occurrence of cracks from a corner part of a decorative laminate.SOLUTION: In the corner part forming step, by cutting a decorative laminate 2 with a first cutting line L1 and a second cutting line L2 where the first cutting line L1 intersects, a corner part 8 is formed in the decorative laminate 2. To the corner part 8, in the reinforcing member arranging step, a reinforcing member 3 is placed on a rear surface 2a side of the decorative laminate 2. The reinforcing member 3 reinforces the corner part 8 of the decorative laminate 2. Therefore, even if a large load associated with the deformation of the decorative laminate 2 acts on the decorative laminate 2, the reinforcing member 3 between a base material 1 and the decorative laminate 2 reinforces the corner part 8, thereby the deformation of the decorative laminate 2 at the corner part 8 can be suppressed. As described above, occurrence of cracks from the corner part 8 of the decorative laminate 2 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】化粧板の角部からクラックが発生することを抑制することができる、化粧板の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】角部形成工程において、第１の切断ラインＬ１、及び当該第１の切断ラインＬ１が交差する第２の切断ラインＬ２にて化粧板２を切断することで、化粧板２に角部８が形成される。このような角部８に対して、補強部材配置工程では、化粧板２の裏面２ａ側に補強部材３が配置される。補強部材３は、化粧板２の角部８を補強するものである。従って、化粧板２の変形を伴うような大きな荷重が化粧板２に作用した場合であっても、下地材１と化粧板２との間の補強部材３が、角部８を補強することで、角部８における化粧板２の変形を抑制できる。以上により、化粧板２の角部８からクラックが発生することを抑制することができる。【選択図】図２
