FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT STRUCTURE AND FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab replacement structure and a floor slab replacement method capable of replacing an existing floor slab with no need of changing road surface position using a general-purpose newly provided floor slab while suppressing construction costs.SOLUTION: A floor slab replacement structure 1 applying the present invention is used when replacing an existing floor slab 6, and comprises: a general-purpose new floor slab 2 having a standardized specification with a thickness made different from that of the existing floor slab 6; and a joint member 3 mounted on an undersurface 20 of the new floor slab 2. The joint member 3 joins a remaining part 7b of an existing steel girder 7, and supports the new floor slab 2 in a state where an upper part 7a of the existing steel girder 7 installed under the existing floor slab 6 has been removed along with the existing floor slab 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】汎用品の新設床版を用いて施工コストを抑制しながら、路面位置を変更しないでも既設床版の取替えができる床版取替構造及び床版取替工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した床版取替構造1は、既設床版6の取替時に用いられるものであり、定型性を有する汎用品で既設床版6と厚みを異ならせた新設床版2と、新設床版2の下面20に取り付けられる接合部材3とを備える。接合部材3は、既設床版6の下方に設けられた既設鋼桁7の上部7aが既設床版6とともに撤去された状態で、既設鋼桁7の撤去されていない残部7bに接合されて、新設床版2を支持するものとなる。【選択図】図8
