FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT STRUCTURE AND FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab replacement structure and a floor slab replacement method capable of reducing the effect on traffic regulations while ensuring a sufficient load bearing capacity for a newly provided floor slab with an existing steel girder.SOLUTION: A floor slab replacement structure 1 applying the present invention is used when replacing a floor slab, and comprises: a plurality of existing steel girders 7 installed under an existing floor slab 6; and a new floor slab 2 supported by the existing steel girders 7 in a state where the existing floor slab 6 has been replaced. The existing steel girders 7 are arranged at both ends of a width direction Y in a range where the existing floor slab 6 has been removed. A new upper flange 3 is installed on one of the existing steel girders 7 while an additional upper flange 4 projecting laterally, is installed on the other one of the steel girders 7. One of end parts 2a of the new floor slab 2 in the width direction Y, in the range where the existing floor slab 6 has been removed, is supported by either one or both of the new upper flange 3 and the steel girder 7 above the one of the steel girders 7; while the other one of the end parts 2b in the width direction Y is supported by the additional upper flange 4 beside the other one of the existing steel girders 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】新設床版に対する既設鋼桁による支持力を十分に確保しながら、交通規制の影響を軽減できる床版取替構造及び床版取替工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した床版取替構造1は、床版を取り替えるために用いられるものであり、既設床版6の下方に設けられた複数の既設鋼桁7と、既設床版6と取り替えられた状態で既設鋼桁7に支持される新設床版2とを備える。既設鋼桁7は、既設床版6が撤去された範囲で幅方向Yの両側に配置されて、一方の既設鋼桁7で新設上フランジ3が設けられるとともに、他方の既設鋼桁7で側方に張り出した付加上フランジ4が設けられた状態となる。新設床版2は、既設床版6が撤去された範囲で、幅方向Yの一方の片端部2aが一方の既設鋼桁7の上方で新設上フランジ3及び既設鋼桁7の何れか一方又は両方に支持されるとともに、幅方向Yの他方の片端部2bが他方の既設鋼桁7の側方で付加上フランジ4に支持される。【選択図】図4
