OLEFIN BASED FLOOR MATERIAL EXCELLENT IN ADHESIVENESS AND WORKABILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which is excellent in adhesiveness between a substrate and a print film and capable of sufficiently preventing occurrence of warpage, suppressing occurrence of blister, as well as preventing occurrence of trust up after construction.SOLUTION: An olefin based floor material 1 is laminated in order of a surface resin layer 2, a print layer 3, a primer layer 4, an upper intermediate resin layer 6, a lower intermediate resin layer 7, and a back surface resin layer 8 from above. The upper intermediate resin layer 6 is a resin layer formed using an amorphous resin and/or a low crystalline resin as a resin component, in which the amorphous resin and/or the low crystalline resin is contained 5% to 60% with respect to the entire resin component, and the solubility parameter of the amorphous resin and/or the low crystalline resin is from 9.0 to 13.0 (cal/cm). The upper intermediate resin layer and the lower intermediate resin layer contain a filler, and the linear expansion coefficient of the upper intermediate resin layer 6/linear expansion coefficient of the lower intermediate resin layer 7=1.0/1.0 to 1.0/2.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基材と印刷フィルムとの接着性に優れると共に、上反り発生を十分に防止でき、膨れ発生を抑制することができ、施工後の突き上げ発生も防止できる床材を提供する。【解決手段】オレフィン系床材1は、上から表面樹脂層2、印刷層3、プライマー層4、上側中間樹脂層6、下側中間樹脂層7、裏面樹脂層8の順に積層され、上側中間樹脂層6は、樹脂成分として、非晶性樹脂及び/又は低結晶性樹脂が用いられてなる樹脂層であり、非晶性樹脂及び/又は低結晶性樹脂が、樹脂成分全体に対して5%〜60%含有し、非晶性樹脂及び/又は低結晶性樹脂の溶解度パラメーターが、9.0〜13.0(cal/cm3)1/2であり、上側中間樹脂層及び下側中間樹脂層は充填剤を含有し、上側中間樹脂層6の線膨張率/下側中間樹脂層7の線膨張率=1.0/1.0〜1.0/2.0の範囲であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
