OLEFINIC FLOOR MATERIAL WITH EXCELLENT WORKABILITY
To provide an olefinic floor material excellent in mechanical characteristics such as denting properties at room temperature of 20°C, soft even at a low temperature of -5°C and excellent in workability.SOLUTION: An olefinic floor material 1 is a floor material in which a surface resin layer 2, an intermediate resin layer 3, and a rear surface resin layer 4 are laminated and integrated from above; the surface resin layer 2, the intermediate resin layer 3, and the rear surface resin layer 4 are resin layers in which only a resin having no chlorine atom in its chemical structure is substantially used as a resin component; the intermediate resin layer 3 includes a resin having a glass transition point of -50°C or higher and lower than 0°C as a resin component and a resin having a glass transition point of 0°C or higher and 50°C or lower; the resin having a glass transition point of -50°C or higher or lower than 0°C is contained in a% by mass with respect to the entire intermediate resin layer; the resin having a glass transition point of 0°C or higher and 50°C or lower is contained in X% by mass with respect to the entire intermediate resin layer and satisfies a relational expression of X≤a≤3 X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】20℃の常温時でへこみ性等の力学特性に優れ、−5℃の低温時でも柔らかく、施工性に優れたオレフィン系床材を提供する。【解決手段】オレフィン系床材1は、上から表面樹脂層2、中間樹脂層3、裏面樹脂層4が積層一体化されてなる床材であって、表面樹脂層2、中間樹脂層3及び裏面樹脂層4は樹脂成分として化学構造中に塩素原子を有しない樹脂のみが実質的に用いられてなる樹脂層であり、中間樹脂層3は樹脂成分としてガラス転移点が−50℃以上〜0℃未満である樹脂と、ガラス転移点が0℃以上〜50℃以下である樹脂とを含み、ガラス転移点が−50℃以上〜0℃未満である樹脂が中間樹脂層全体に対してa質量%含有し、ガラス転移点が0℃以上〜50℃以下である樹脂が中間樹脂層全体に対してX質量%含有し、X≦a≦3Xの関係式を満たすことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
