PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord adjuster and a partition device for locking a specific cord used for opening and closing a partition member at a desired position.SOLUTION: A cord adjuster 13 of the present invention comprises a case 13a having an insertion hole 311 for inserting a predetermined cord 51 and fixed to a moving rail 7, and a lever 13b rotatably installed at a rotary fulcrum on the case 13a. The cord adjuster 13 is arranged so that locking or non-locking of the predetermined cord 51 can be selected by rotating the lever 13a. A partition device of the present invention comprises the cord adjuster 13 of the present invention. Furthermore, the partition device of the present invention is also a partition device capable of opening and closing a partition member by using an operation grip 40 installed on an operation cord 42, and the operation grip 40 is composed of a first grip member 40a and a second grip member 40b which can pinch and lock the operation cord 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
