To provide a cord adjuster capable of adjusting tension of a cord and ensuring that the cord is fixed.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a cord adjuster which is capable of fixing a cord to an object to be fixed and adjusting tension of the fixed cord when fixed is provided. The cord adjuster comprises a first member and a second member. The first member comprises an engaging part. The second member comprises an engaged part engaging with the engaging part. A plurality of catching parts is formed within a space covered by the first member and the second member. The cord is fixed under a condition that a caught part formed on the cord is caught by one of the plurality of catching parts while the engaging part engages with the engaged part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
