RESTRAINING HARDWARE AND METHOD FOR RESTRAINING STRUCTURAL SKELETON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress two structural skeletons which are arranged in parallel from separating from each other.SOLUTION: Tie-down hardware 200 as restraining hardware which suppresses two structural skeletons arranged in parallel from separating from each other comprises a metallic base member 210 in a long-sized shape, a bolt member 220 fixed to both lengthwise ends of the base member 210, and a fastener. The base member 210 is made of a metallic plate which is, for example, in a rectangular shape in plan view to be fitted in slits formed in the structural skeletons. The bolt member 220 extends along a length of the base member 210, and has a male screw 220A formed at least at an outer periphery of a front end. The fastener includes, for example, a flat washer, a spring washer and double nuts, and can threadably engage the male screw 220A of the bolt member 220. Then the two structural skeletons which are arranged in parallel are coupled together by the tie-down hardware 200 to suppress them from separating from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
