PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flagstone panel, a flagstone panel set and a method for installing a stone wall that can eliminate the need for field work by a skilled operator and that can improve productivity with flexibility for meeting various needs.SOLUTION: A fitting hole for fitting a unit flagstone by a separator 9 is formed in a panel plate of a formwork at a position corresponding to the position where unit flagstones are lined and arranged in the formwork according to a layout and the position corresponding to the fitting hole of the unit flagstone. Next, a plurality of unit flagstones are lined and arranged on the surface of the panel plate in a state that finished surfaces of the plurality of unit flagstones are in close contact with the surface of the panel plate. In this state, a detachment prevention metal fitting is mounted in concrete joint faces of the unit flagstones. On the other hand, the plurality of unit flagstones are bonded together by an adhesive and caulking for preventing outflow of cement is performed in fitting holes formed in adhesive parts between the plurality of unit flagstones and a stone wall 1 is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】熟練した作業員による現場作業は必要なく、生産性の向上が可能で、また多様なニーズに応える柔軟性も有る板石パネル、板石パネルセット及び石壁の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】設計に応じた型枠に単位板石を整列配置する位置に対応した位置であって、単位板石の取付穴に対応した位置に、セパレータ９によって単位板石を取り付けるための取付穴を型枠のパネル板に形成する。次に複数の単位板石の仕上げ面をパネル板表面に密着させる態様で複数の単位板石をパネル板表面上に整列配置する。その状態で単位板石のコンクリート接合面とには剥離防止金具を取り付ける。一方、接着剤により複数の単位板石間を接着し、その複数の単位板石相互間の接着部に形成された取付穴にセメント流出を防ぐためのコーキングを行い石壁１の構築を行う。【選択図】図５
