PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flagstone panel, a flagstone panel set and a method for installing a stone wall that can eliminate the need for field work by a skilled operator and that can improve productivity with flexibility for meeting various needs.SOLUTION: A fitting hole 10 for fitting a unit flagstone 3 by a separator is formed in a panel plate 8 of a formwork 7 at a position corresponding to the position where unit flagstones 3 are lined and arranged in the formwork 7 according to a layout and the position corresponding to a fitting hole 5 of the unit flagstone 3. Next, a plurality of unit flagstones 3 are lined and arranged on the surface of the panel plate 8 in a state that finished surfaces 11 of the plurality of unit flagstones 3 are in close contact with the surface of the panel plate 8. In this state, a detachment prevention metal fitting 4 is mounted in concrete joint faces 12 of the unit flagstones 3. On the other hand, the plurality of unit flagstones 3 are bonded together by an adhesive and caulking for preventing outflow of cement is performed in the fitting holes 5 formed in adhesive parts between the plurality of unit flagstones 3 and a stone wall is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】熟練した作業員による現場作業は必要なく、生産性の向上が可能で、また多様なニーズに応える柔軟性も有る板石パネル、板石パネルセット及び石壁の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】設計に応じた型枠７に単位板石３を整列配置する位置に対応した位置であって、単位板石３の取付穴５に対応した位置に、セパレータによって単位板石３を取り付けるための取付穴１０を型枠７のパネル板８に形成する。次に複数の単位板石３の仕上げ面１１をパネル板８表面に密着させる態様で複数の単位板石３をパネル板８表面上に整列配置する。その状態で単位板石３のコンクリート接合面１２とには剥離防止金具４を取り付ける。一方、接着剤により複数の単位板石３間を接着し、その複数の単位板石３相互間の接着部に形成された取付穴５にセメント流出を防ぐためのコーキングを行い石壁の構築を行う。【選択図】図３
