PRODUCTION METHOD OF BURNED PRODUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method capable of obtaining a burned product of a low absolute dry density (for example, 1.0 g/cmor lower).SOLUTION: A production method of a burned product includes a burning step for producing a burned product by burning particles of a size of 10-50 mm or less made of a composition containing a powdery material containing coal ash and cement, a foaming agent made of iron oxide, and water. The composition preferably contains the coal ash of 50-97 mass%, the cement of 2-20 mass%, and the foaming agent of 1-10 mass% each relative to the total amount of the powdery material and the foaming agent, and water of 3-50 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the powdery material. Preferably, heating temperature is 1,100-1,400°C in the burning step and the obtained burned product has an absolute dry density of 1.0 g/cmor lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
