PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer for a panel capable of easily fixing a second supporting member to a first supporting member.SOLUTION: A retainer 100 for a panel has a plurality of first supporting members 110 fixed to a setting face 12 and extended in a first direction (Y-direction) and a second supporting member 120 extended along a second direction (X-direction) crossing the first direction over at least two first supporting members and disposed on the first supporting members. The second supporting member has a bottom part 122 in contact with an upper face 112 of the first supporting member and a protrusion part 124 protruded upward from the bottom part at the end part in the first direction of the bottom part. The first supporting member has a receiving part 170 for inserting the protrusion part. The receiving part 170 has a receiving port for receiving the protrusion part, a lower part abutting on the bottom part of the second supporting member in the receiving part, and an upper part 132 abutting on an upper end of the protrusion part above the lower part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
