FLOOR SLAB STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab structure that is capable of preventing interference of a drain passage from a housing floor slap and unexpected damaging even when a corridor floor slap on a common corridor is used as a carrying-in traffic line of various articles or a work passage during construction of a building such as a condominium.SOLUTION: The floor slab structure in which the upper surface of a housing floor slab 1 of each housing space R of a building is inclined so as to have a drainage slope from the deep side of each housing space R toward a common corridor C side is constructed such that a corridor floor slab 5 of the common corridor C is provided with a step 6 so as to be positioned above the common corridor C side end of the housing floor slab 1, and a drainage passage 7 on the housing floor slab 1 is taken out below the corridor floor slab 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】マンションなどの建物の施工時、共用廊下の廊下床スラブを各種物品の搬入動線や作業用の通路として使用しても、居住床スラブからの排水経路が邪魔になることも、不測に損傷することもない床スラブ構造の提供。【解決手段】建物の各居住空間Ｒの居住床スラブ１上面が、各居住空間Ｒの奥側から共用廊下Ｃ側に向けて排水勾配を有するように傾斜している床スラブ構造であって、共用廊下Ｃの廊下床スラブ５が、居住床スラブ１の共用廊下Ｃ側端部より上方に位置するように段差部６を設けて構築され、居住床スラブ１上の排水経路７が、廊下床スラブ５の下方に取り出される。【選択図】図２
