FLOOR SLAB STRUCTURE AND FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
To provide a floor slab structure and a floor slab replacement method, enabling reduction in a work time required for replacement of a floor slab from a concrete floor slab to a steel floor slab, where shearing force is securely transmitted in a bridge axial direction between a main girder and the steel floor slab.SOLUTION: A floor slab replacement method is provided, the floor slab replacement method including: concavely removing part of a reinforced-concrete floor slab laid and supported by a main girder 11 of a bridge and leaving remaining reinforced-concrete 21 on a top surface side of a main girder upper flange 11b; providing displacement prevention members 51 on a pair of main girder horizontal and vertical ribs 32A; disposing a steel floor slab 30 so as to cover the remaining reinforced-concrete 21; disposing the displacement prevention members 51 in a concrete removal area 2A provided around the remaining reinforced-concrete 21; and filling mortar 47 into a space between the remaining reinforced-concrete 21 and the pair of main girder horizontal and vertical ribs 32A on the top surface side of the main girder upper flange 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンクリート床版から鋼床版への床版の取り替えにかかる作業時間の短縮を図ることができ、主桁と鋼床版との間で橋軸方向にせん断力を確実に伝達する床版構造および床版取替え方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の主桁11に支持されて敷設されている鉄筋コンクリート床版の一部を凹状に除去するとともに、主桁上フランジ11bの上面側に残置鉄筋コンクリート21を残置し、一対の主桁横縦リブ32Aにずれ止め部材51を設け、鋼床版30を残置鉄筋コンクリート21に被せるように配設し、残置鉄筋コンクリート21の周囲に設けられたコンクリート除去領域2Aにずれ止め部材51を配置し、主桁上フランジ11bの上面側において、一対の主桁横縦リブ32Aと残置鉄筋コンクリート21との間にモルタル47を充填するようにした床版取替え方法を提供する。【選択図】図4
