PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tendon arrangement device and an arranging method for tendon that can insert a tendon into a sheath previously buried in a concrete structure at low cost with good workability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a tendon arrangement device for arranging a tendon in a sheath buried in a concrete structure, the tendon arrangement device comprising a pair of columnar guide member installed across one end opening of the sheath on a wall surface of the concrete structure, and a direction change device installed detachably to the pair of columnar guide members and comprising a contact tool for changing an extension direction of a towing wire brought into contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
