CONTROL METHOD OF GROUND BORING DRILL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a ground boring drill capable of surely detecting that the ground boring drill has come into contact with foreign objects while boring a hole in a ground without being limited to soil properties of a ground to be bored and kinds of buried objects, and capable of stopping operation of the ground boring drill.SOLUTION: The method comprises drilling a hole in a ground using a ground boring drill comprising a drill blade body that is rotated by an electric motor while measuring continuously an actual measured value of a current supplied to the electric motor, comparing a latest actual measured value of the current and a management reference value, and stopping operation of the ground boring drill when the latest actual measured value of the current exceeds an absolute value of the maximum capacity that is predetermined with respect to the management reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】削孔対象地盤の土質性状や埋設物の種類に制約を受けることなく、地中の削孔時に地盤削孔ドリルが異物に接触したことを確実に検知し、地盤削孔ドリルの作動を停止させることの可能な、地盤削孔ドリルの制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】電動機により回転するドリル刃体を備える地盤削孔ドリルにて地中を削孔しながら、前記電動機に供給される電流の実測値を連続的に測定しつつ、該電流の最新実測値と管理基準値とを比較し、前記電流の最新実測値が、管理基準値に対してあらかじめ設定した最大許容量の絶対値を超えた場合に、地盤削孔ドリルの作動を停止させる。【選択図】図1
