INSTALLATION METHOD OF ASEISMATIC SLIT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discernment on an occurrence of a construction defect, even when a slit material body comes off a support member or undergoes a bending fracture while casting concrete.SOLUTION: In an installation method of an aseismatic slit material 1, a groove part 4 on a side of a support member 3 is fitted onto at least either of both edge parts of a plate-form slit material body 2, the support member having groove parts 4, 5 extending on both sides of a bottom plate part 3a. The aseismatic slit material is embedded in a boundary between a column part and a wall part, by casting concrete between wall concrete molds 30 while having a joint material 20 fitted into the groove part 5 on the other side of the support member 3, the joint material having been fixed on an inner surface of the wall concrete mold. A through-hole 6 is formed on a bottom plate part 3a of the support member 3, and a surface of the slit material body 2 facing the bottom plate part 3a is colored differently from the concrete. The configuration enables discernment on an occurrence of a construction defect on the slit material body 2, based on a color inside the through-hole when the wall concrete mold 30 and the joint material 20 are removed after casting the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンクリートの打設中にスリット材本体が支持部材から外れたとき、若しくは曲げ破断したときであっても、施工不良の発生有無を容易に判別できるようにする。【解決手段】板状のスリット材本体2の両端部のうちの少なくとも一端部に、底板部3aの両側に溝部4,5が延在した支持部材3の一方側の溝部4を嵌着させると共に、該支持部材3の他方側の溝部5と壁型枠30の内面に固定された目地材20とを嵌合させた状態で、壁型枠間にコンクリートを打設することにより柱部と壁部との境界部に埋設される耐震用スリット材1の施工方法において、支持部材3の底板部3aに貫通孔6を形成し、スリット材本体2の、底板部3aに対向する面をコンクリートとは異なる色となるように構成し、コンクリートの打設後に壁型枠30を脱型して目地材20を取り外した際に、貫通孔内の色によりスリット材本体2の施工不良の発生有無を判別する。【選択図】図4
