PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden rigid-frame structure which achieves rigid junction of a column-beam framework as a junction structure, and eliminates looseness of a junction and facilitates recovery of deformation even when the framework is distorted by earthquake or the like in an ex-post manner and changes with time.SOLUTION: A metallic screw type junction mechanism 2 achieving rigid junction of a column and a beam has a first coupler 4, a connection bolt 5, a nut 6 for bearing pressure and a second coupler 7. Inside screws 7A and 7B of the second coupler are alternately formed in spirals in the same direction, but a screw pitch pof the second coupler 7B engaged with a head outer screw 20A projecting from a step surface 22a is set to be larger than a screw pitch pof the first inner screw 7A positioned on the side of the connection bolt 5. A lag screw 14 of a next beam 11B is drawn to a direction of an existing column 12A by rotation of the second coupler 7, and as a result, the next beam 11B can be rigidly bonded to the existing column 12A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接合構造として柱梁軸組の剛接合を達成し、地震などにより事後的に軸組が歪んでも、また経年変化するなどしても、接合部の緩みを解消したり、変形の修復を容易にする木造ラーメン構造体を提供する。【解決手段】柱梁の剛接合を図る金属製ねじ式接合機構2が、第一カプラー4、連結ボルト5、支圧用のナット6、第二カプラー7を備える。第二カプラーの内ねじ7A,7Bは同一方向の螺旋をなすが、段差面22aから突出するヘッド外周ねじ20Aとかみ合わされる第二内ねじ7BのねじピッチpBは、連結ボルト5の側に位置する第一内ねじ7AのねじピッチpAより大きくされている。第二カプラー7の回転でもって次設梁11Bのラグスクリュー14を既設柱12Aの方向に引き寄せ、結果として次設梁11Bを既設柱12Aに剛強に接合することができる。【選択図】図1
