CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition having a reduced drying shrinkage and an excellent flowability due to prevention from deterioration in fluidity and enabling a concrete structure to have excellent freeze damage resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The concrete composition comprises blending an aqueous dispersion of low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose in the form of fibrous particles having substitution degree of 5 to 16 mass% by a hydroxypropoxy group and an aspect ratio of 4 to 7, a cement, and an aggregate, and the manufacturing method of the concrete composition comprises dry mixing the cement and the aggregate, adding the aqueous dispersion of low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose in which the low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose being dispersed in water beforehand and kneading them.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】乾燥収縮が低減され、流動性の低下が防止され流動性が優れ、耐凍害性にも優れるコンクリート建造物を与えるコンクリート組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ヒドロキシプロポキシ基置換度が5〜16質量%であって、かつアスペクト比が4〜7である繊維状粒子形態の低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースの水分散液、セメント及び骨材を配合してなることを特徴とするコンクリート組成物、及び、セメント及び骨材を空練り後、予め水に上記低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを分散させた低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースの水分散液を添加し、混練することを特徴とするコンクリート組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
