To provide a concrete composition which uses one-liquid-type admixture having high stability and exhibits high flowability and good material separation resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A concrete composition includes a binder, water, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, and a predetermined one-liquid-type admixture (X), and has a water-binder ratio of 30-70 mass% and a slump flow of 35-75 cm, with the rate of the one-liquid-type admixture (X) being 0.3-3.0 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the binder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
