PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the width of an annular cutting region in a manhole.SOLUTION: A boring device which annularly bores the wall face of a manhole from inside includes a flange member 210 and a rotation driving part for rotating and driving the flange member 210. The flange member 210 is composed so that a plurality of first arcuate cutting blades (arcuate cutting blades 220') each having a partial cylindrical form with an arcuate section, and separately arranged from each other in the circumferential direction on a plate face of the flange member 210, and a plurality of second arcuate cutting blades (arcuate cutting blades 220) having a cutting inside diameter and a cutting inside diameter different from those of the first arcuate cutting blades, each having a partial cylindrical form with an arcuate section, and separately arranged from each other in the circumferential direction on the plate face of the flange member 210, are selectively detachable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
