PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge part ventilator that has a complete ventilating function and then can prevent dew condensation on a roofing board and achieve prevention against cracking of tiles due to stepping in construction.SOLUTION: A ridge part ventilator includes: a tile-facing body part 11 which is provided to cover a roof ventilation passage 6 of a ridge, and positioned opposite a tile 2; and a tile-roof board ventilation passage 50 which has roof board abutting parts 20 provided to the right and left across the roof ventilation passage 6 of the ridge; and a ridge-side connecting part 30 and an eaves-side connecting part 40 which connect the tile-facing body part 11 and the roof board abutting part 20 on a ridge side and an eaves side. The tile-facing body part 11 and roof board abutting part 20 are provided between a roof board 1 and the tile 2 in such a tapered shape that an interval on the side of the ridge-side connecting part 30 is narrower than an interval of the eaves-side connecting part 40, and ventilation port area as predetermined opening area is secured by a ridge-side ventilation port 32 and an eaves-side ventilation port 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】換気機能が充実していて野地板の結露発生を防止できると共に、施工時の瓦の踏み割れ防止が達成できる棟部換気装置を提供すること。【解決手段】棟の屋根換気通路6を覆う状態で設けられると共に、瓦2に対向して位置する瓦対向本体部11と、当該棟の屋根換気通路6を挟んで左右に設けられる野地板当接部20と、瓦対向本体部11と野地板当接部20とを棟側および軒先側で連結する棟側連結部30および軒先側連結部40とを有し、瓦対向本体部11と野地板当接部20とは、棟側連結部30側の間隔が、軒先側連結部40の間隔と比較して狭いテーパー状で、野地板1と瓦2との間に設置されると共に、棟側換気口32と軒先側換気口42によって、所定開口面積の換気口面積が確保された瓦野地板間換気通路50とで構成されている。【選択図】図1
