PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover an existing frame or an outer wall with any other portion than a cover body even if a shape or a size of the existing frame or the outer wall is different.SOLUTION: A new frame is installed inside an existing frame of a renovated sash, and an outdoor side of the existing frame is covered by a cover member 13. A longitudinal frame cover member 22 encloses the outdoor side of an existing longitudinal frame 9. One side part 22a of the longitudinal frame cover member 22 is installed between the existing longitudinal frame 9 and a new longitudinal frame 17, and a gap with the new longitudinal frame 17 is sealed by a water cutoff material 46. In another side part 22b, a box part 20c that is placed in an existing outdoor side end 9c is installed at an end and fixed to the existing outdoor side end 9c via an abutment rib 48 with a fixing screw. A screw cover 49 comprising a lid 49a including a fitting fin part that is fitted to an upper opening 22e of the box part 20c and an abutment piece 49b that is abutted to an end face 9d of the existing longitudinal frame 9 is installed in the box part 20c. The existing outdoor side end 9c and a seal member 53 are sealed by the screw cover 49 in a suitable shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】既設枠や外壁の形状や大きさ等が相違していてもカバー本体以外の部分で覆い隠すことができる。【解決手段】改装サッシの既設枠の内側に新設枠を設置し、既設枠の屋外側をカバー部材１３で被覆した。縦枠カバー部材２２は既設縦枠９の屋外側を囲う。縦枠カバー部材２２の一方の側部２２ａは既設縦枠９と新設縦枠１７の間に設置し、新設縦枠１７との間を止水材４６で封止した。他方の側部２２ｂは端部に既設屋外側端部９ｃに載置するボックス部２０ｃを設置し、当接リブ４８を介して既設屋外側端部９ｃに固定ねじで固定した。ボックス部２０ｃの上部開口２２ｅに嵌合する嵌合ヒレ部を有する蓋部４９ａと既設縦枠９の端面９ｄに当接する当接片４９ｂとを備えたねじカバー４９をボックス部２０ｃに設置した。適宜形状のねじカバー４９で既設屋外側端部９ｃとシール部材５３を封止した。【選択図】図６
