PARTITION, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FACE BAR FOR PARTITION, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PARTITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition using a face bar that can produce various shapes or patterns out of assumption from the same material with simple operation.SOLUTION: A face bar comprises connection parts 33'(33'') each of which connects plural stripes 32, 32', and 32'' extending in a transverse direction with adjacent stripes. In the face bar, the connection parts 33'(33'') are shorter than the stripes 32, 32', and 32'', and based on the stripe 32, the connection part 33' between the stripe 32 and the stripe 32' adjacent to one side in the feed direction of the face bar (X direction), and the connection part 33'' between the stripe 32 and the stripe 32'' adjacent to the other side thereof are provided at the positions whose phases are shifted to each other. Between adjacent stripes, a hole part 31 is formed with a pair of stripes and connection parts, which are proximately placed at the portion other than at least an end part 3a of the transverse direction (Y direction) of the stripes 32, 32', and 32'', and an opening recess 31x is at least proximately placed at the end part 3a of the stripes 32, 32', and 32'', and not connected to the pair of stripes. A partition is configured with a face bar that comprises the stripes 32, 32', and 32'', the connection parts 33'(33''), the hole parts 31, and the opening recesses 31x.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】同じ材料から簡単な操作で種々の想定外の形状や模様を生成することが可能な面材を用いた間仕切りを提供する。【解決手段】横方向に延びる複数の線条３２、３２´、３２´´と、隣り合う線条同士を接続する接続部３３´（３３´´）とを具備し、線条３２、３２´、３２´´よりも接続部３３´（３３´´）が短く、線条３２を基準にすれば面材の送り方向（Ｘ方向）に沿って一方側に隣接する線条３２´との接続部３３´と他方側に隣接する線条３２´´との接続部３３´´は位相がずれた位置に設けられ、隣接する線条間には、少なくとも線条３２、３２´、３２´´の横方向（Ｙ方向）の端部３ａ以外の部位において隣接配置された一対の線条と接続部で孔部３１が形成され、線条３２、３２´、３２´´の端部３ａに少なくとも隣接配置された一対の線条が接続されていない開口凹部３１ｘが形成された面材を用いて間仕切りを構成する。【選択図】図５
