JOINT PART STRUCTURE OF EXTERIOR WALL PANEL AND JOINT PART CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint part structure of exterior wall panels that can easily conduct inspection and confirmation of vertical joints from an indoor side even after finishing construction.SOLUTION: There is provided a joint part structure of a vertical joint 15 between exterior wall panels 2 and 2 adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction. Vertical furring strips 3 that mount each of the exterior wall panels 2 and 2 to a building skeleton 17 are placed in the position spaced from the vertical joint 15 in a panel lateral width direction. On a rear side of the exterior wall panel 2, a plate-like holding member 4 is mounted at a rear face of the exterior wall panels 2 and 2 adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction so as to cross over the vertical joint 15 and extend in the longer direction of the vertical joint 15. A refractory material 13 is interposed at an indoor side of an interior of the vertical joint 15, and a seal component 14 is interposed at an outdoor side thereof. The holding member 4 is placed to cross over the vertical joint 15, and a sealing tape 6 is interposed between the holding member 4 and the rear face of the exterior wall panel 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 施工完了後でも縦目地の点検・確認を屋内側から容易に行なうことができる外壁パネルの目地部構造を提供する。【解決手段】 左右に隣り合う外壁パネル2,2間の縦目地15の目地部構造である。各外壁パネル2,2を建物躯体17に取付ける縦方向の胴縁3が、縦目地15からパネル横幅方向に離れた位置にある。外壁パネル2の裏側で、縦目地15に跨がり縦目地15の長手方向に沿って延びる板状の押さえ部材4が左右に隣り合う外壁パネル2,2の裏面に取付けられる。縦目地15の内部の屋内側には耐火材13が、屋外側には密封部材14がそれぞれ介在する。押さえ部材4は、縦目地15に跨がり配置され、押さえ部材4と外壁パネル2の裏面との間にシーリングテープ6が介在する。【選択図】 図1
