PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic porcelain, a wiring board and an electronic component that achieve high thermal expansion coefficients, high mechanical strength, and low relative dielectric constants.SOLUTION: The ceramic porcelain has a plurality of crystal particles, and a grain boundary phase. The plurality of crystal particles include forsterite crystal particles. The grain boundary phase includes a plurality of zirconia crystal particles. At least some of the zirconia crystal particles are in contact with each other and connected together. There is also provided a wiring board having an insulator including the ceramic porcelain, and a wiring conductor provided on a surface and an inside of the insulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
