PIPE DRILLING TOOL AND PIPE DRILLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe drilling tool which removes a foreign matter in a pipe which is buried in a cylindrical portion of a large tank for reinforcing the large tank to be laid on a harbor or the like, and a pipe drilling method.SOLUTION: A pipe drilling tool comprises: a cutting blade which is formed at a tip of the tool and is rotatably fitted; a first guide ball which is connected to the cutting blade via a first connection pipe; a second guide ball which is connected to the first guide ball via a first universal joint; a third guide ball which is connected to the second guide ball via a second connection pipe; a spindle which is slidably fitted to the second connection pipe; a second universal joint which is coupled to the third guide ball; a third connection pipe which is coupled to the second universal joint; and an excavating machine to which the third connection pipe is drivingly connected and which is so located as to be capable of freely advancing and retreating. The pipe drilling tool is so configured as to drill a pipe in which the cutting blade is laid as a sheath in a prestressed concrete structure by operating the excavating machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】港湾等に敷設する大型タンクを補強するため、タンクの円筒部分に埋設する管内の異物を取り除く管内掘削具及び管内掘削方法を提供する。【解決手段】先端部に形成され回転自在に取り付けた切削切り刃と、切削切り刃と第一の連結管を介して結合された第一のガイド玉と、第一のユニバーサルジョイントを介して第一のガイド玉に連結された第二のガイド玉と、第二のガイド玉に第二の連結管を介して連結された第三のガイド玉と、第二の連結管に摺動自在に嵌合された錘と、第三のガイド玉に結合される第二のユニバーサルジョイントと、第二のユニバーサルジョイントに結合される第三の連結管と、第三の連結管を駆動連結するとともに前進後退自在に設置された削進機と、を備え、削進機を作動することによって切削切り刃がプレストレスト・コンクリート構造におけるシースとして敷設された管内を掘削するように構成した管内掘削具。【選択図】図4
