PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a premix cement composition capable of shortening mixing time of aggregated silica fume or the like and cement, and kneading time of mortar or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a premix cement composition by inputting aggregated silica fume or grain silica fume and a cement mixture containing Portland cement to a mixer having a blade shaped stirring blade and stirring them, and continuously or intermittently inputting an addition material and mixing them, in which 10 pts.mass or more of the addition material is added based on 100 pts.mass of the cement mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、凝集シリカフューム等とセメントの混合時間、およびモルタル等の混練時間を短縮できるプレミックスセメント組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、凝集シリカフュームまたは粒体シリカフュームと、ポルトランドセメントを含むセメント混合物を、ブレード状の撹拌羽根を有する混合機に投入して撹拌しながら、添加材を連続的または断続的に投入して混合するプレミックスセメント組成物の製造方法であって、該セメント混合物１００質量部に対し、添加材を１０質量部以上添加するプレミックスセメント組成物の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
