PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement additive capable of shortening mixing time of mortar etc. even if granular silica fumes and/or aggregated silica fumes are used as a raw material, and to provide a method for producing a premix cement composition.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for producing a cement additive, including: putting one or more silica fumes selected from granular silica fumes and aggregated silica fumes and 10 to 200 pts.mass of inorganic powder based on 100 pts.mass of the silica fumes, the inorganic powder having Blaine's specific surface area of 2,500 to 10,000 cm/g, into a mixer having blade-like impellers; and mixing the silica fumes with the inorganic powder to produce the cement additive. In the method, the inorganic powder contains: one or more selected from ground quartz, blast furnace slag powder, fly ash, coal ash powder, gypsum-fibrosum powder, and limestone powder; and cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、粒体シリカフュームや凝集シリカフュームを原料に用いても、モルタル等の混練時間を短縮できるセメント添加材とプレミックスセメント組成物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、粒体シリカフュームおよび凝集シリカフュームから選ばれる１種以上のシリカフュームと、ブレーン比表面積が２５００〜１００００ｃｍ２／ｇの無機粉末を、該シリカフューム１００質量部に対し無機粉末を１０〜２００質量部の割合で、ブレード状の撹拌羽根を有する混合機に投入して混合し、セメント添加材を製造する、セメント添加材の製造方法であって、前記無機粉末が、石英粉末、高炉スラグ粉末、フライアッシュ、石炭灰粉末、石膏粉末、および石灰石粉末から選ばれる１種以上と、セメントを含む、セメント添加材の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
